GnuTLS: Add option to build with libnettle instead of libgcrypt

GnuTLS-based builds can now be done using either libnettle or libgcrypt
for crypto functionality:

CONFIG_TLS=gnutls
CONFIG_CRYPTO=nettle

CONFIG_TLS=gnutls
CONFIG_CRYPTO=gnutls
